Caty Demmig attended the University of Central Arkansas upon graduating high school from Mount St. Mary's Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. She played soccer all 4 years and graduated in 2012 with a Graphic Design Major and a minor in Business Economics. In her younger years, she played basketball and soccer for Greg Hatcher and was inducted into the Mighty Bluebird Hall of Fame in November 2005. She joined the Agency in February of 2017. She enjoys spending time with her son, Landon and her husband.

Katherine Lorge, an Arkansas native, attended the University of Arkansas after graduating from Mount Saint Mary's Academy in Little Rock. After graduating in 2013 with a degree in advertising and public relations, she worked for a small investment company and then spent a few years working as a nanny in Alsace, France. Katherine is also a certified copy editor and ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher . In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her seven nieces and nephews, listening to podcasts, and riding her bike.

Mark Haely graduated from Alma College in 1980. In 1999 Mark joined an insurance firm specializing in retirement programs. After moving to Florida in 2002, Mark's work expanded into Medicare programs for seniors and sales management. Mark has two daughters and enjoys golf and tennis.
Taylor Carney is the Commissions Specialist for The Hatcher Agency. He helps with ratings, proposals, and anything else needed to offer outrageous service to our customers. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, and relaxing on the lake.
Saul Mondragon was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. Saul is also pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In his free time he enjoys reading books, go-Kart racing and boxing.
Karisa Roberts earned her BSE in Secondary Social Studies Education from Williams Baptist University, and her MSE in Athletic and Activity Administration from Southwest Baptist University. She comes to The Hatcher Agency from Northeast Arkansas after teaching Social Studies and coaching softball and volleyball at Trumann High School the past five and a half years. Karisa also previously served as the assistant softball coach and an admissions counselor at Williams Baptist University and graduate assistant softball coach at Southwest Baptist University.
Karisa played collegiate softball at Williams Baptist University (2009-2013), where she was a two-time All-American pitcher. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with family, kayaking, watching/attending sporting events, and spending time with their new baby boy!
Leslie Barlow grew up in Little Rock, AR and graduated from Benton High School in 1998. In 2003 she received a BFA from The Ringling School of Art in Design in Sarasota, FL w/ a major in Illustration & minor in Graphic Design. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors @ the lake w/ her family. She has one daughter. After a 16 yr. career in Dentistry as an RDA, She is happy to have joined The Hatcher Agency In 2023.
