Angela Lowther is from Jonesboro, Arkansas where she graduated from Arkansas State University in 2002 with a degree in Health Promotion. She moved to Little Rock in 2010 to attend law school at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Arkansas. Angela was the past Executive Director of the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace where she managed the day-to-day service and support of health insurance enrollment for individuals and small groups across the state. In September of 2019, Angela added her leadership experience and customer-focused strategy to The Hatcher Agency.

Angela lives in Little Rock with her husband Lee and son Win. She has two small terriers and embraces the term “crazy dog lady.”
In 2014, Jamie Harrison acquired his health and life insurance license and joined The Hatcher Agency team. Jamie’s friendship with Greg Hatcher, owner of the Hatcher Agency, goes all the way back to High School and College while living in Michigan. During the summer of 1984, job opportunities brought both Jamie and Greg to relocate to Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Jamie experienced Arkansas’ “Southern Hospitality” within 2 weeks of moving to Hot Springs, where he met his future wife Tammy (Casement) Harrison--they were married June 28, 1986. In 1989 he starting his successful ASAP-Advertising Specialties and Promotions company and has grown ASAP to nationally rank within the top 20% of distributors in the promotional product industry. In 1992, Jamie relocated ASAP to Little Rock to better serve his customers.
Today, Jamie and Tammy have two wonderful student athlete daughter’s; Conley will be a 2017 Graduate at Ouachita Baptist University, and Torey will be a 2019 Graduate at OBU. Jamie and his family are active members of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, and serve as Community Group Leaders, Fellowship Kids Mentors, Men’s Fraternity Small Group Leader, Bible Studies, and Sharefest Volunteer.
Jamie’s hobbies include any type of sporting events. In High School he was a three sport student athlete playing; football, wrestling, and baseball. While in college, he was a 5 time letter winner in both football and baseball. Health and Fitness is a daily routine for the Harrison family. Jamie currently serves as the Benefits Committee Chair for the Baptist Health Foundation Board. He is a past Board member and Paul Harris Fellow recipient for Rotary Club of Little Rock (Club 99). Jamie also serves as board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Arkansas. Jamie likes the fact that The Hatcher Agency offers the “Lowest Rates” for Health, Life, Property & Casualty, and makes the client Top Priority with the Agency's “Outrageous Service” mentality. Jamie is honored to work along-side his friend of 37 years and have the opportunity to represent Arkansas’ Largest Insurance Agency.

Jason Bone is a graduate of McCrory High School in McCrory, AR. After graduation Jason attended the University of Central Arkansas on a basketball scholarship where he was a team captain and an all-conference power forward. Jason graduated from UCA in 1997 and then began his career in sales. Jason spent 4 and a half years with Philip Morris USA before he moved on to a 14 year career in pharmaceutical sales. He enjoyed great success as a President’s award winner as well as being selected to the Leadership Excellence team. He also spent a short time as a District Manager before leaving the industry to join The Hatcher Agency.
Jason lives in Maumelle with his wife Tinley where they are raising their three daughters; Olivia, Piper, and Charley Jane. They are active members of New Life Church and when time allows they enjoy crossfit and anything that has to do with basketball. Jason joined The Hatcher Agency in July of 2016.

Kimberly Aitken's previous work experience includes investments and group insurance. She was the Wealth Management Marketing Officer with Pulaski Trust & Investor Services for 5 years. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In 2004, Kimberly completed the Arkansas Bankers Association Trust School, and in 2007 she completed the Investment Management and Personal Trust Sales School from Cannon Financial Institute.
Kimberly is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and was formerly on the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Task Force. Kimberly is married to Charles Aitkens, who owns DFI Architectural Signs. She also is the mother of two children.
Lauren Lamb was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. In her senior year of high school at Pulaski Academy, she helped lead her basketball team to the 5A state championship. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Following graduation, Lauren worked for Johnson & Johnson as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep.
Away from the office Lauren is a member of St. James United Methodist Church. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her free time, she likes to relax at her family’s lake house in Hot Springs. She loves shopping and binge watching Netflix shows!

Kristy McCauley has 20+ years experience in Executive Management and has a very creative side. Kristy is a Singer/Songwriter, Owner/Baker of Gourmet Goodies, Interior Decorator and used to be a Massage Therapist. She has a contagious personality and enjoys taking on whatever projects are needing attention.
