Kelsey Dacus is a 2012 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a major in Public Relations. She manages customer service, group enrollments, sales, and renewals in our Large Group Division. At the University of Arkansas she started at the shooting guard position on the women’s basketball team. Prior to the University of Arkansas, Kelsey attended Central Arkansas Christian schools. While there, Kelsey was named the school's Outstanding Athlete earning All-State Honors in cross country, basketball, soccer and track and led her teams to a state record 11 state championships. Kelsey resides in Little Rock, where she is actively involved in her church and enjoys bike riding, running, and taking care of her Bernese Mountain dog, John Luke.
In 2014, Jamie Harrison acquired his health and life insurance license and joined The Hatcher Agency team. Jamie’s friendship with Greg Hatcher, owner of the Hatcher Agency, goes all the way back to High School and College while living in Michigan. During the summer of 1984, job opportunities brought both Jamie and Greg to relocate to Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Jamie experienced Arkansas’ “Southern Hospitality” within 2 weeks of moving to Hot Springs, where he met his future wife Tammy (Casement) Harrison--they were married June 28, 1986. In 1989 he starting his successful ASAP-Advertising Specialties and Promotions company and has grown ASAP to nationally rank within the top 20% of distributors in the promotional product industry. In 1992, Jamie relocated ASAP to Little Rock to better serve his customers.
Today, Jamie and Tammy have two wonderful student athlete daughter’s; Conley will be a 2017 Graduate at Ouachita Baptist University, and Torey will be a 2019 Graduate at OBU. Jamie and his family are active members of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, and serve as Community Group Leaders, Fellowship Kids Mentors, Men’s Fraternity Small Group Leader, Bible Studies, and Sharefest Volunteer.
Jamie’s hobbies include any type of sporting events. In High School he was a three sport student athlete playing; football, wrestling, and baseball. While in college, he was a 5 time letter winner in both football and baseball. Health and Fitness is a daily routine for the Harrison family.
Jamie currently serves as the Benefits Committee Chair for the Baptist Health Foundation Board. He is a past Board member and Paul Harris Fellow recipient for Rotary Club of Little Rock (Club 99). Jamie also serves as board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Arkansas.
Jamie likes the fact that The Hatcher Agency offers the “Lowest Rates” for Health, Life, Property & Casualty, and makes the client Top Priority with the Agency's “Outrageous Service” mentality. Jamie is honored to work along-side his friend of 37 years and have the opportunity to represent Arkansas’ Largest Insurance Agency.
Jason Bone is a graduate of McCrory High School in McCrory, AR. After graduation Jason attended the University of Central Arkansas on a basketball scholarship where he was a team captain and an all-conference power forward. Jason graduated from UCA in 1997 and then began his career in sales. Jason spent 4 and a half years with Philip Morris USA before he moved on to a 14 year career in pharmaceutical sales. He enjoyed great success as a President’s award winner as well as being selected to the Leadership Excellence team. He also spent a short time as a District Manager before leaving the industry to join The Hatcher Agency.
Jason lives in Maumelle with his wife Tinley where they are raising their three daughters; Olivia, Piper, and Charley Jane. They are active members of New Life Church and when time allows they enjoy crossfit and anything that has to do with basketball. Jason joined The Hatcher Agency in July of 2016.
Weston Dacus is a graduate of Searcy High School in Searcy, AR where he was born and raised. Following high school, he attended the University of Arkansas on a football scholarship where he played Linebacker. Weston was the Razorback Captain, an All-SEC Linebacker, and beat #1 LSU in his final game for the Razorbacks. He graduated with a degree in Finance. Weston also spent two years in the NFL playing for the Kansas City Cheifs.
After his football career, Weston went to work for Depuy Synthes Spine, a Johnson & Johnson company, selling medical devices to Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic Spine Surgeons. He earned the President’s Council Award in just his third year with the company for performing in the top 2% of the sales force nationwide. Weston joined The Hatcher Agency as a sales agent in 2016.
Kimberly Aitken's previous work experience includes investments and group insurance. She was the Wealth Management Marketing Officer with Pulaski Trust & Investor Services for 5 years. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In 2004, Kimberly completed the Arkansas Bankers Association Trust School, and in 2007 she completed the Investment Management and Personal Trust Sales School from Cannon Financial Institute.
Kimberly is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and was formerly on the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Task Force. Kimberly is married to Charles Aitkens, who owns DFI Architectural Signs. She also is the mother of two children.
A long-time resident of Little Rock, AR, Bob Bracy brings enthusiasm and more than 30 years of experience in employee benefit insurance to The Hatcher Agency. He will be working with clients to help expand business with a focus on self-funded health plans.
Prior to joining The Hatcher Agency, Bracy was Senior Account Executive for the Stop Loss Insurance Division of Transamerica Life Insurance Company. Immediately before that, Bracy held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Account Management while at the country’s fourth largest independent Third Party Administrator (TPA). Bracy has also been a business partner in a TPA - Corporate Benefit Solutions, Inc. before selling it in 2002.
Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas majoring in Marketing. While there he served as president of the local Sigma Chi Fraternity chapter. The Arkansas insurance veteran holds the registered Health Underwriters (RHU) designation and is past president of both the Central Arkansas Association of Health Underwriters (CAAHU) and the Arkansas State Health Underwriters Association (AAHU).
Bob is active in the community serving his church, president of the local property owners association where he resides, and is a member of the Little Rock Rotary Club 99.
Mitra Binkley graduated from Tehran University of Economic Sciences with an Associate’s Degree of Business and Managerial Economics. She came to The Hatcher Agency in 2021. She has 35 years of experience with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and Health Advantage. She has a unique perspective that allows her to anticipate the needs of customers and know the actions required to get them the best results. She enjoys participating with employers to select products and services to ensure that their needs come first. We are excited to have her on the team!

Curtis Bailey is a graduate of Little Rock Catholic High School. While at Catholic, he earned his Eagle Scout and was the Marine Corps Youth Physical Fitness National Champion. Curtis graduated from the University of Arkansas with degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Following graduation Curtis worked two years at Data World, a computer company, before going to work at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. After 7 years as a top salesman at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Curtis joined Greg Hatcher at The Hatcher Agency in 1992. Curtis heads one of the agency's large group divisions and specializes in Employee Benefits.
Curtis is active in the community, serving on the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors and is a member of the Rotary Club of Little Rock. In addition, he coaches soccer for the Little Rock Fútbol Club and serves on their Board of Directors.
Haley Weaver is a graduate of Central Arkansas Christian High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. Following High School, she attended the University of Arkansas her first semester, then transferred Ouachita Baptist University where she graduated from in 2016 with 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication. During her college career, she played soccer for both the Razorbacks and the OBU Tigers. She was named All-American twice at OBU and was also named Academic All-American Player of the Year for DII.
She is now married and resides in Little Rock with her husband and their Sheepadoodle Penny. Haley joined The Hatcher Agency as a Sales Agent in 2016.

Gareth Hughes is a 1997 graduate of Little Rock Catholic High School. He has worked with The Hatcher Agency since 1997, when he began as a part-time employee while attending the University of Arkansas Little Rock to attain his degree in Business Management. He has worked with every area of the agency before moving into group sales in 2008.
Gareth has been married to his wife Cristie for five years and they have a beautiful little girl, Stella. They are also expecting a second daughter this year. Gareth is very active in the community and currently serves on the board of the Children’s Protection Center and has helped bring a new event to Arkansas called the River Cities Dragon Boat Festival.
Ethan Harris attended the University of Central Arkansas and earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Risk Management. He was a member of the UCA baseball team, playing under head coach Allen Gum for four years (2009-2013). His senior year, Ethan helped lead their team to the Southland Conference Championship and a bid to the NCAA Regional Championship. After college, he immediately attained both his Life/Health and Property/Casualty licenses and began the journey into the insurance world. In 2015, Ethan joined The Hatcher Agency and is driven to continue the legacy of “Outrageous Customer Service.”
Ethan is married to his High School sweetheart, Lakynn. They have one daughter, Harper Lindynn. Ethan and his family attend New Life Church of Maumelle, AR. Ethan is your traditional outdoorsman. In his spare time Ethan enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He is also a major Fantasy Baseball junky.
Lynn Madden is a graduate of Mississippi College, Clinton, Mississippi and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary located in Fort Worth, Texas. He is ordained to the gospel ministry and has served as Minister of Music in churches in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas. Lynn served Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock as Associate Pastor: Music and Media for fourteen years.
Lynn has been with AFLAC (American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus) since 2007 as an associate and manager. He recently joined The Hatcher Agency in 2014.
