Rosi Hemphill works in the Property & Casualty Division of The Hatcher Agency. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California and currently lives in Conway, Arkansas. Rosi graduated from Golden Gate University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and has spent over twenty years in the health and fitness industry in positions such as personal training and directing a health club. After moving to Arkansas, she worked in medical and pharmaceutical sales and for a wellness company, coaching employees in healthy lifestyle living.
Rosi enjoys sailing, cooking, traveling and gardening, and is passionate about wellness and helping others achieve, and live, a healthy lifestyle. She serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, and has chaired and volunteers for 5K and 10K races.
Hayden Lassiter attended Ouachita Baptist University and earned a degree in Finance. He was a member of the Tiger Football team for 5 Years (2017-21). He started safety freshman through senior year and helped lead the tigers to 3 GAC Championships while having a 40-4 conference record. He was also a 2-time All-conference player. He obtained his Property/Casualty license his sophomore year of college and now is licensed in Life/Health as well. Hayden joined the Hatcher team in 2022. He loves to hunt, fish, and do anything competitive. You can usually find him somewhere around the state playing in a golf tournament on the weekends.
Paula comes from Little Rock, AR and joined The Hatcher Agency in the Property & Casualty Service Team in 2022. She has two children and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Don Warden is a native of Joplin, Missouri and has resided in Little Rock since 1980. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a degree in Marketing. Prior to coming to The Hatcher Agency Don was a Dealer Principal at a franchised new car dealership and worked in the financial services industry as a financial consultant specializing in group retirement plans. In 2009, he went to work for Zurich NA Insurance specializing in Property and Casualty insurance. Don is state licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health and also has his Series 7, 63 and 65 security licenses.
Don is a Paul Harris Fellow and through the years has been very active in various charitable work. He and his wife Lisa have two children that both reside in Little Rock; a son who is married and a daughter that is currently in law school.
